The Community Room of the Library is available for business meetings. use by nonprofits and by families.  Use requires a $35 deposit and a fee of $15 per hour.  The Deposit will be returned when the key is turned back in and the room is restored to its orginal shape. One must make reservations in advanced and follow the rules of operation for the room.

Community Room Rules

1. Reservations need to be made as far in advance as possible.

2. Users of the room are not allowed to do buying or selling except for Library or Friends events.

3. No tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed.

4. Children and teens must be supervised at all times by an adult.

5. No attendance fees may be charged.

6. Use will be denied to political and religious groups.

7. Light snacks are fine, full meals are not.

8. Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level.

9. Those using the room must do their own loading and loading of materials.  They must also do their own moving and setting up of tables and chairs.

10. The Library has a projector, radio and other devices that may be used.  However, the group must provide their own operator.

11. Library programs take precedence over all other activities.

12. No open flames are allowed.

13. All state and local health laws must be obeyed.

14. Red punch may not be served.
